At times there is a need to do the print settings of multiple worksheets in one go. It is time consuming to do it manually for each sheet. There is a trick to do it at once for all the sheets with the similar print setting need.
Suppose there are four sheets in your file naming Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3 & Sheet4. You have similar print setting need on all 4 worksheets. Assuming the Sheet1 is active sheet, press the Control button and click sheet2, sheet3 and sheet4. Alternatively, you may select the first sheet (in our case it is sheet1), press shift and click the last sheet (in our case it is sheet4). This activity will group all 4 worksheets. The same can be observed from the name of the file that will display [Group] after the name of the file.
Thereafter, do the print settings for multiple worksheets in one go. In other words, print settings done while multiple sheets are selected will get applied to all the worksheets.
The same trick can be used for formatting multiple worksheets in one go. It helps to save a lot of time if data is maintained in the uniform format and above trick is used to work on multiple sheet in one go.
